Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Stéphane Thermoz. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement subject to legal proceedings.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Products

All pieces offered for sale are original handmade creations, one of a kind. They are carefully described (material, dimensions, indicative weight). Photographs faithfully reproduce the works but colours may vary slightly depending on screens.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment is secured by SumUp Online Checkout (SSL/TLS). No banking data passes through our servers.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Transport delays indicated are given as guidance only.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As the pieces are unique and handmade, they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. In case of a piece damaged on delivery, contact us immediately with photos at contact@stephanethermoz.com.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

Data collected during an order (name, surname, email address, delivery address) is used exclusively for the processing and tracking of your order. It is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties, except carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay) for delivery purposes. It is kept for 5 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not retained beyond this purpose.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Cookies

This site uses only one technical session cookie (st_sess), necessary for the shopping cart and order process to function. This cookie is temporary: it is deleted when the browser is closed. No advertising, tracking or analytics cookies are placed on your device.
