All elements of this site — texts, photographs, creations, design, logo — are the exclusive property of Stéphane Thermoz and are protected by French and international laws on copyright and intellectual property.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Stéphane Thermoz. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement subject to legal proceedings.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Products

All pieces offered for sale are original handmade creations, one of a kind. They are carefully described (material, dimensions, indicative weight). Photographs faithfully reproduce the works but colours may vary slightly depending on screens.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment is secured by SumUp Online Checkout (SSL/TLS). No banking data passes through our servers.

Shipping

Delivery is limited to European Union member states. Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Transport delays indicated are given as guidance only. The seller accepts no liability for any delay, loss or damage to the parcel once it has been handed over to the postal service.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As the pieces are unique and handmade, they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. In case of a piece damaged on delivery, contact us immediately with photos at contact@stephanethermoz.com.

Refund policy

Product delivered in poor condition (broken, stained or scratched):
The buyer may return the product(s) to the seller. The full order amount will be refunded. Shipping costs may be refunded with the seller's agreement.

Product not meeting the buyer's expectations:
The buyer may return the product(s) to the seller. The full order amount will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the returned product is received in poor condition (broken, stained or scratched), half the order amount will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. They must show no deterioration, however small, nor have been used.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

Data collected during an order (name, surname, email address, delivery address) is used exclusively for the processing and tracking of your order. It is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties, except carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay) for delivery purposes. It is kept for 5 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not retained beyond this purpose.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Cookies & trackers

Technical cookie (required)

This site places a session cookie (st_sess) strictly necessary for the shopping cart and order process to function. This cookie is temporary and deleted when the browser is closed. It cannot be refused without preventing the shop from working.

Analytics cookie (optional — subject to consent)

With your agreement, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure audience and understand how visitors use the shop. This service places analytics cookies on your device and transmits data to Google servers, which may be located outside the European Union.

Data collected: pages visited, visit duration, country of origin, device type, traffic source. No data that would personally identify you is collected for advertising purposes.

Retention period: your consent choice is stored for 13 months. Data transmitted to Google Analytics is kept for 14 months (default setting).
